umm you know on the beach you can find those baby crabs i was wondering if i can put those into a tank? and what will i need for them and all of that or is there like freshwater crabs you can get in a pet shop that arent big like small like the beach baby crabs thanks

What else do you have in your tank? And what beach are we talking about?

I've heard of them called sand fleas if what he's talking about is what I'm thinking of.

nope they are acual crabs on the beach like little ones they are like mini size normal crabs

if you go to the beach and the tide is out pick up a big rock or lift it and roll and you will see a bunch of small little baby crabs scrambling so i wanted to know about those anyone have any info

Wish I could go to the beach and find out. Unfortunately that's an 8 hour trip to New Orleans and then who knows how long battling traffic, only to battle other beach goers for space on a beach if I can find one.

I dont think I'd recommend it because you won't know if they have any parasites or anything like that. You also don't know how big they are going to grow. I'd just get one from the shop - at least you know what you're getting there...

are you talking about atlantic or pacific?if atlantic you will need a
coldwater set-up including a chiller.(if you want them to survive longterm)
