At the moment in my breeding tank, I have the temp. set at 82F (It was at this temp. when they mated.)They sell live vinegar eels off www.petfishstore.com, there is advice on culturing them there, too. They are not sold frozen.I hope this helps!!

!! I have been trying for ages, and if the fish even attempted to mate,it would take at least two weeks
!! I have the pair resting in warm jars of water, and I am feeding them bloodworm and frozen brine shrimp
. I have read up on the subject for a year and a half (the half was when I was trying to breed and get breeding stock)
. Actually, the day they spawned was a day before I was going to go to the petshop to get all the stuff
