Baby Barbatus

Hi im a bit worried and not sure if i shud be. One of my baby barbatus is not right. One minute he is swimming against the bubbles the next he is drifting around the tank. Hes been doing this for the past 2 days and has not stopped. All the others look fine, there all at the bottom as usual.
Can anyone tell me why he has started doing this and can anyone help in anyway. Is he ill??

Can he maintain his balance in the water.
Are all fins intact.
Does he look swollen in the tummy area.

Just done a a full water test....
Results....

Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 20ppm
Ammonia - 0ppm
PH - 6.4

He cant maintain his balance in the water.
All fins are intact.
I don't think he does look swollen in the tummy at all.

Sounds like swim bladder then once it has advanced hard to cure.
Is he still eating if so try some shelled peas on him.
