I'm copying over the post I made at shrimpnow for those who go there.

"At long last I've got some tiny little Aegla babies. They must have hatched about 7-10 days ago but I only saw them 4 days ago when I noticed this tiny little set of claws in my bogwood. They're about 2-3mm long and were clear or slightly cloudy white. They seem to be getting more coloured, a very pale grey.

They pick at the wood and sift through the gravel so I'm assuming they are finding food. I'm adding small vergetable flake food, crab pellets and so on to ensure they have enough. They are amazingly strong, pushing aside gravel twice as large as they are! They also chase away the adult cherry red shrimp. lol"

The adults were moved to another tank as I've had a hatching before where all the babies- well, the 1 baby I saw - disappeared within a day.

Here's a few photos:

On bogwood. they hide INSIDE the tiny crevices. Now wonder I didn't spot them sooner.
