so i just added 3 platys to my 3 swords 10 hours ago... and now i see fry... are they swords or platys

I'm just gonna take a wild guess and say swords. Either because they were stressed from moving and being in a new environment, or because they feel better in your tank then they did at the store.

All 6 are very active in the tank now

Did any of the platies look bloated at the store?

Yes one was/is bloated, I figured she was pregnant, but not sure how close. And then, just a few minutes ago I watched my bigger sword girlie pop out two fry... so maybe between the platy and the swordy, ill have a few babies survive
