Babies!

Aaw :) more babies they won't eat them will they? There so tiny! Thanks all for your help, mystery solved!

What size are your plecs? Your tank might not be big enough for 9 (is that the number now, 6 babies plus 3 others) plecs. I'd look to sell the young ones. Especially if you have a breeding pair, this may not be the last time you have babies. You don't want to be overrun. :D

I bought 1 2day b4 I realised I had babies she's huge bout 25 cm the others r only around 6-7cm n yes that's 9 now... Maybe I'll sell a few hope they'll b alright

The babies are 6-7 cm, or your original two were 6-7 cm?

Ultimately, they will be better off with more space. If you can provide that, then they will be well with you. Chances are though, that you won't be able to keep all of them, there's just too many, and this probably won't be the end of it. If your two are breeding now, successfully, chances are they will breed again soon. And your 9 will become 20, then 40... Besides, if you can get a little something for these youngsters and offer a continual supply to a LFS, you might be able to cover some of your costs in keeping the fish (maybe at least enough to get another tank! :hey:)

The ones that have been at it are that length, I don't have another tank I thought a 6ft one was big enough no more room lol I'll have 2 c if I can find somewhere to take them off my hands for a small fee lol my new pleco looked sad when we bought her, she looks happier already in my tank :)
(what's a LFS)!

How long does it usually take for them to breed? I've only had 1 of them 2 months!
