I've got a 37 gallon with 3 guppies (2 female 1 male), 4 German Blue Ram Cichlids (2 M/F pairs) and about 10 neon tetras (at least I think so, it's hard to keep track of those little guys). Last week I found 7-8 guppy fry swimming around near the top, and this morning I found one of the male rams guarding eggs near the rear of the tank.

So...advice?? What do I do? How many fry can I support at once in a tank that size? The guppies are still small but growing very quickly each day, I've just been feeding them crushed up flakes/brine shrimp/bloodworms. Would the ram fry be alright eating the same thing?

the ram fry will be more than half the size of the guppy fry but you shouldn't need to worry. The rams should take care of their babies and should take them around decor and plants to find food for themselves. Be aware though that the ram fry - once they are free swimming - will likely get picked off bit by bit in a community tank and despite the parents best efforts to guard them they probably won't last long. Here's how they will look to begin with

These are laetacara curviceps cichlid fry with their mum. A similar sized cichlid to rams

Ah so the ram fry will probably get eaten, even if the guppies have not? Are they smaller when they're born?

look at the fry in the picture I shared ... those are about 4 days old. Then they hatch from the egg you will just see wriggling tails for a couple of days and then eventually they will begin 'free swimming'. If the parents do a good job of parenting they will guard the fry and take them around the plants and decor to pick on infusoria. The problem will be that your other fish will take an opportunity to steal fry to eat if they can and so yes, they will probably be eaten.

As for small ... they will be  tiny
