They can stay alive and can live a normal life some may breed / it's best to keep them separate

Welcome to the forum ClaireNancy.
As fish48 said, it is possible that they may survive but much really depends on what parts they share. If it is not much in terms of internal organs, they may well live quite a while. If they share too many organs, their chances decrease quite a bit. Much the same applies to conjoined human twins. There are far too many variables to really be able to judge without an intense investigation by specialists. I doubt that a couple of guppies will ever get that much attention.

Mine died within a short period of time.. One died and then the other followed not long after.. They did everything the other babies did but were just not strong enough.. Unfourtunatly the mother died 2 days after giving birth.. sigh.. I am not saying that will happen to you.. My blood red molly ended up with her insides coming out.. Poor girl.. Rip

Good luck with the babies.. I do hope yours survive and live a long healthy life..
