Awesome! Betta Time

I have successfully rehoused my dwarf puffers, I am sad to see them go but my interests have changed a little and in a few weeks will have big puffs. It does now mean I have a 5 g ready, and a 14 g empty!

The 5g is planned for that long sought after white CT, the 14g trying to decide if too small for 3 or just right for 2 divided? Means I can have up to 4 new bettas!!!! AHHH!!! Trying to think of a way to keep both the filters alive as fish now gone, have added a lot of bloodworm to help produce ammonia (about a quarter of a block so hopefully this will help).

My parents may be taking me to Maidenhead Aquatics (havent been to this one before) this weekend to source my green spotted puffs and so may well come back with some bettas!!!!

yay...that wounds like my idea of a fun time! all those new FISH!
your filter should be fine since youve added an ammonia source. might see some die off but should bounce back rather quickly. just keep testing and changing when you get the new fish...wont be as bad as starting for square one.

oohhhhh, dont have a great deal of money right now which is typical but am pretty darn sure can scrap together for some fishies super excited. Thanks guys!

New fish! Fun times =D

Saw the most wonderful red betta in York's Maidenhead Aquatics. Really active and the most striking bright red I've ever seen! I wanted to take him home ^^

UPdate!!!! Well plan so far is getting two new bettas hopefully this weekend who have kinkage to their tails but are very pretty! And have plans in store for the second two to take off. So watch this space!

I would make the 14 gallon a female community, maybe 4 females, and some other fish. Maybe some neons.
