Chaos Is really really and i mean REALLY!!!
attracted to the heater is this natural or something wrong with him ???

Nup this is fine, bettas are very inquisitive fish. I guess they have to find some way to entertain themselves! My female has a weird obsession with swimming against the filter current.. as long as they aren't in danger of getting stuck in anything they should be fine.

Just make sure that he isn't getting burnt by the heater, I have heard if fish sitting on heaters and getting burn marks. sounds stupid i know but better to check him out. if you are worried get a heater guard.

Another tip, if it isn't already, put the heater at a 45 degree angle if poss

mine does this too. he will stare at the light swim around behind it. your betta isn't the only one
