I have a few geckos that live around my place, I don't mind them, they're kinda cute, and eat any bugs that come this way.

But today, I got home from work, to find a gecko on the fishtank!
It lept off when I walked into the room, but now i'm wondering, are they going to try to eat my helpless little danios?

They'd probably be a good eating size for a lizard! Anyone ever had it happen?

The gap it'd have to get into isn't very big, but that's not really a problem for them.

i havent heard of geckos eating fish, they don't really live around water. if you are worried i would fill up the gap and search on google until u get a definate answer

 I couldn't resist

I doubt the gecko was trying to get at your fish (they can't swim well if at all)

As MAM said it was probably warming up on the light hood

Hmm - I wonder if that insurance joke I posted would even be funny to anyone outside the US, now that I think about it.......

Was he carrying a briefcase?

Sorry to hijack your topic.
I have to agree with other folks who suggested he was on there for the warmth.

Poor Greyko
Do you know what we are all talking about? I'm really sorry everyone started cracking jokes on your thread. But ........Oh my god I almost peed my pants

I used to like that little guy now I wish he would date Jared the subway guy and move to a foreign country. Marketing firms take a good thing and they run it into the ground... Budwiser frogs, Taco bell dog Spud macenzie, max headrum, the wheres the beef lady need I go on...

But I really hope that none of your fish get eaten !!!!!!

You guys are awsome!
I have a question thogh-where is your fishtank located as to get wild lizards attracted to it? Do the lizards just sneak into your house?
