atison food for bettas!

just got my afm mag in the mail yesterday and saw an ad for atison's betta products. i cant wait to get my hands on some. could these products rival my beloved hikari?

I have some. They seem to eat it without a problem but then my guys will eat anything. It's smaller than I thought... smaller than the Hidaki pellets and they give you a spoon to use. I tried feeding mine about 6 little balls. I just have mixed feelings about it. Others have tried it with good results. No one is sure just how much water it absorbs and enlarges once in the stomach. One person reported that his bettas had clamped fins after eating some for about an hour. It could be he fed too much as would be the tendency with a spoon.

At any rate the breeders are all lining up to buy it and use it. Only time will tell. I'll put it in rotation with the other food.

I was thinking of getting some, but I do love's me some Hikari They've never failed me yet. I am interested in his IAL tonic though

I saw it on Ocean Nutrition's website a long while ago and had been wanting to try it but never could find a place to order it, then finally the IBC started carrying it and I've ordered the Betta Pro food and the IAL water conditioner. They haven't been shipped yet I don't think because the IAL solution was out of stock, but I should be getting it in a couple of weeks. The food is definitely cheaper than Hikari, and Yeevia (for those of you who remember him) now uses it and says it's great
