At What Age Or Sizecan Fry Be Moved To Another Tank

Well, the topic title speaks for itself.
I only have a 10 gal, along with my adult fish, I have about 20 fry. (female was preg when I bought her)
When is it safe for them to be netted up, and given away to the people who are awaiting there new molly fry?!
They are about 11 days right now, and some of the fry are bigger than the others. I'm in no hurry to let them
'move out', but I have a couple people at work that I would like to tell when they are able to be moved.

It is safe to move them the day they are born. A more important question is how big the fish are where they are going. If the fish at the other end are small and peaceful fish, they could probably go at about 2 cm long but if they are going into a more aggressive situation or with larger fish, you may need to wait longer.
