Asian Dwarf Crayfish

Does anyone have one of these? What has been your experience with them? Mine doesn't seem aggressive at all and seems to leave the plants alone.

I've never had any experience with crayfish but I believe they will be more of a problem as they get bigger. How big does this one get? It looks pretty small at the moment.

I believe that this particular type of cray stays really small and is compatible with plants and fish.  This is only from listening to what others have said about them so I can't say that I know from personal experience.  I think they are really cool looking.
