Asian Arowana

Hello eyeryone,

What is the ideal tank size for an asian arowana? Probably a RTG? Would a 96" X 28" wide X 30" high tank be ok?

Ive read info about them online but i know the tank sizes they say are always wrong! Seeming some say a 100gall is suitable for a silver aro!

Although the width isn't ideal I'd say that the length should make up for that.

I think that if you want it to grow to its full potential i would be looking at a 7'x3'x30"

that size will be fine for a rtg

will be fine, many asian sites go with 6x2x2 so ......

the 6x2x2 will work with a powerful filter but the bigger tank is still the best option here for the fish

you will need some serious filtration in any case, in that regard tank size is almost irrelevant
