Arrrrrr whats up with my Angels

Both my Angels have some of the tails missing not sure if its fin rot had them for 4 weeks without a problem until I noticed it yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.......

Just been watching my tank and and the black banded leporinus is attacking the angels and my Betta, when I bought the black banded leporinus I asked the owner of the LFS about the Black banded leporinus he said it would be find in a community tank

Looks Like I got to take him back he is my fav fish as well
