Right I started fish keeping last summer with a 120l tank

Corry cats/black neon's/Bristlenose/Dwarf Honeys/Dino's made many mistakes lost a few fish along the way

I then upgraded to a 320l tank
My current stock is German blue rams/congo tetra/hybrid rainbows/goldnuget plec/cardinals very pleased not lost a single fish yet or had any illness "touch wood"

I started to look at even bigger tanks lol but decided no not yet.

So what am thinking now is a change in stocking. I could not part with my congos or GN so am thnking of rehomeing 2 rams and my rainbows.

any else never satisfied? there just so many cool fishies out there

I think very few people are satisfied with what they have, I know I'm constantly thinking of changing something. I am satisfied with the number and size of the tanks I have though, I realise any more and I would just be doing too much maintinance than I would care for, but that doesn't stop me thinking about changing the stocking. Like you said theres just too many fish out there that I'd like to keep.

I can name several species and color morphs I want to keep that I don't have the money and/or room for.

So no.

This applies to more than fish too.

there is always something i want to change with my tank be it fish plants wood etc

Always more fish that you want to give a try, its the only way to know which ones you like best IMO.

No never, always want more as far as fish are concerned. Don't think i will ever be happy till i,ve got tanks with cichlids from every part of the world
regards Angel

my new 100g tank ive had since october started with all my general community fish from the old 3foot then lots got swapped ( pretty much everything ) for mix of new world cichlids/ robust community fish then i swapped my 3 clown loaches for 2 bosmanis and 2 jade eyed cichlids then about 2 weeks later re-homed all 8 bosemanis and ot 4 angels and 2 firemouths got a gibbicep in there which im more than likely gonna re-home ------ by re-home i mean swap lol . i drive my missus mental changing my mind on my stocking. altho i should point out any unwanted fish are re-homed responsibly to either other fish keepers or lfs never the porcelein expressway

Went to two fish shops today to get some new fishies lol really wanted some nice loaches only thing they really had was Kuhli Loach they where cool but i read they like to burrow and sand is important and dwarf loaches which looks fantastic but was kinda put off by price tag £8.50

That normal for dwarfs? was kinda after yoyo or zebra anyone know what price range they are?

I'm never satisfied either. Even once I've kept a certain fish, got bored of it and changed for something else, years pass by and I want to try that fish again. Never ever satisfied.

cant change what you dont wear lol am at it again already with the fish was gonna get rid of my gibicep then last night decided to keep it now today put him back on the buy sell swap section cos im getting me golden nugget tuesday

well my mum doesnt like my hobby, and ive only been allowed a 60 litre for the past 3 years, and ive been able to upgrade to a 125 litre :) and by no means is this big but i will be extremly satisfied with it.

i think some people dont realise how lucky they are to have a big tank...
