Are these snail eggs?

Was just doing a water change and found this on one of my new water sprite plants. Is it snail eggs?

I have catfish, cherry barbs, neon tetras, guppies and red eye tetras

Most likely pest snail eggs

No that is not fish eggs.

Guppies produce live young, the other species are egg layers but the eggs don't look like that.

Watch the red eye tetras, they are renown fin nippers and might eat the guppies.
