Are These Compatible

i am so mad at my dad so i went to the fish store to get 5 neon tetras that were one dollar each and then we saw some others that were 1 dollar each thats what i thought but the person that scooped out the wrong fish she got the other ones that were a dollar and my dad should have checked with me first so are sarpae tetras compatible with bettas i thought he was going to get compatible fish so i already had the betta temporarily in a 1 gallon but i dont know if these fish are compatible to put together

Why not just exchange then with the shop? And get what you want

okay thanks i guess i will try to talk him in to it but every time i tell him that he needs compatible fish and all this stuff for his tank he says i want this as easy as it can be and not complicated i want him to have a fish tank but i also want him to do it right he said no weekly water changes even know it is needed just every other week and stuff like that but at least he has a pump filter and heater right

Ah it is your dads tank I see where you have a problem now. Not so easy to take them back if he is set on having them. Or if he is not bothered weather the are compatible or not, with them being tetras you might be ok but like I said I've had not experience on keeping my Betta with any other fish.
