Are Pea Puffers Brackish?

Because I just saw them at Big Al's the other day, and they are *sooooo* cute. I read in a bunch of places that they are *not* brackish, just, strictly freshwater, sooooo.... I don't know. If they aren't, would they be able to go in my 55-gallon tank with my other fish? The stocking currently is:

-1 rainbow shark
-1 albino rainbow shark
-2 gold gouramis
-2 weird sucky fish (I think they're clown plecos)
-1 pearl danio (Lemon)
-2 guppy fry
-10 neon tetras
-4 white cloud mountain minnows (one is Oddball; the rest are un-named)
-3 mickey mouse platies (Typo (f), Neika (f), Reiboku (m)
-4 white mickey mouse platies
-10 endlers

The filtration is a sponge filter for up to 80 gallons and a Tetra Whisper Internal filter for up to 40 gallons. Sooooo.... Would this work? ^^; The other fish are all very peaceful, except maybe for the pearl danio, who is *mean*. Are pea puffers aggressive? ^^; Or, should I maybe set up a 10-gallon tank for, like, umm, maybe, 5 or 6 of them? ^^;

They are completely freshwater but are uncompatible with your other fish,
They are best kept alone and you should be fine with 3 in the 10G (1M2F)
