Are My Ph Levels Ok ?

i have just tested my levels and im still unsure on what the correct levels should be.

ammonia-0.25
ph- 7.6
no2- 0
no3- 5.0

i roughly did a 75% water change yesterday are these levels ok?

Ammonia should be 0 as should Nitrite, but I guess this is because you're cycling? Your PH is fine for most species and you Nitrate is good also.
