Are Fish Flakes Fish Flakes?

I have been using Top Fin Tropical Fish Flakes and all my fish and ADF seem to like it fine. Once a week I give frozen blood worms. I just got my 20 gallon cycled and moved my clown loaches and glass fish there. That tank came with a can of Wardley Essentials goldfish flakes. The top fin has a little more proteen and fat but tother then that they are pretty close. I just moved the fish last night and fed them blood worms then, I fed them the goldfish flakes this morning and didn't have time to watch. Didn't think to look before feeding tonight but when I was watching they didn't touch it and it is still there. You think this is the food or are they still a little stressed? Also what is one more good cheep easy food to feed them to throw in the mix?

Goldfish flakes are generally not appropriate for Tropical Fish and vice versa. Goldfish food is mostly plant based, while Tropical food has a higher protein content.
