Arcadia Arc Tanks

It wont need heating for just shrimp, unless you're keeping the saluwesi species.

All i'm thinking of keeping in the tank is Red Cherry Shrimp and Amano Shrimp.

As long as that's all you're keeping then there is no need for heating, you could keep a few Dario dario on there, they do well in tanks kept at room temperature.

Cool, and I suppose I could always chuck a heater in the tank after a few months of having it setup if I ever decided to have tetra?

Yes, depends on the species and the ambient temperature of the room, Some species, such as Celestiachthys margaritatus, would do fine at room temperature.

You've got to be careful that they wont get too big, something of about 2-3cm max would do it.
