Arcadia Arc Tanks

has anybody had any experience with these tanks? ie good light, filtration? does it have a lid....

just general info really =]

Id like to move my bettas into a bigger tank!

I love them! I want another! The lights are great but i threw the filters as didnt find them any good and replaced with HOB filters!
They do come with lids but if you are buying second hand check it is still intact!

Ive just upgraded from a arc tank it looked ace when i had it how i wanted it i had alot of plants in it and it and they did really well from the 11w arc pod light i used a ehiem internal filter though i didn't have the original.

I have had mine for over a year now and it's great. It's the nicest small tank i could find and i was looking for a while. I definitely agree with the others though, the filter is pretty poor so you will prob need to upgrade that.

I love mine, although like the rest I replaced the filter and added a second arc pod as I wanted extra light for plants. It comes with a flat glass lid - all very pretty looking.

If you do get one and decide you don’t like the pinky shade bulb the arc pods come with replacements can be found for a few pounds.

I ran the 20L arc for a betta and loved it. I found the internal filter ideal for the betta's needs and then for the green neons I had in there. The light is quite a pinky purple one, but it gave my anubias and java fern sufficient to keep growing like wildfire

One thing I found was female bettas could jump out past the gaps in the lid! I made my own acrylic one that fitted much better.
