Are they all as good as each other or are some more efficient than others?

If some are better can ya tell me their names so i can see if they got em at the shop plz

I'm not sure what you mean by efficient. There are some that can be kept with the dim lighting that usually comes with an aqaurium such as java fern, java moss and anubias nana. If you are willing to invest in supplemental lighting you can go with more demanding plants without getting into the light levels that require fertilizers added. If you are willing to use fertilizers and CO2 along with high light levels, there are still more demanding plants that will flourish in rich conditions and there will be many more plants to choose from. It all comes down to what conditions you are willing to provide and how much time you are willing to devote to your plants. For me that means enough light to go beyond the javas and anubias but not enough to get in trouble not having CO2 and fertilizers.

look for true aquatic plants. These will be unable to support their own weight when removed from water. Basically they fall over. Marsh plants will be able to support their own weight when removed from water and continue standing upright.
There are exceptions to this rule and the Swordplants, Crypts & Hygrophillas will survive above water as well as under water.

Some good plants to try include Ambulia, Elodia, Hygrophilla polysperma, Ludwigia, Swordplants & Vallis
