I believe mine is at 6700. (I could be wrong, as it doesn't explicitly list it, there is just a 'K=6700') I assume that's what it means.
I'm also not saying this is the ideal Kelvin, it's just what mine is listed as.
plants are not that bothered about the kelvin anywhere between 3000K and 10000K is the norm 6500K being closest to normal daylight most mix and match to bring out the colours and the look that they want.
