So i bought one of them about 2 months ago and all its done is partialy aid in filling my tanks. the white adapter piece that connects to the sink does not fit mine. my bathroom sink is an odd shape. the hole that the water comes out of is a normal round screw off piece but thats flush with the oddly shape outer-covering of the sink, so the two parts cannot fit. am i doomed? am i not doing this right? i know there are other pieces you can buy but how do i know they will work? i am very angry that i cant get this to work because it would help so much when i do my water changes

thanks

The drain part is easy, run the hose to the tub instead of the sink and just start the siphon. The fill side means taking the aerator off the fitting on the sink. After that is off, the adapter that came with the python should screw right in to the faucet and you are ready to start a fill. No real reason to use the eductor unless you can't find a place to drain the water using a siphon.
