Is aquarium salt safe for african dwarf frogs? If somebody could get back to me soon, that would be great. Thanks!

Salt for any frog usually a really bad idea, since it drys them out and draws their blood to the surface, I am not sure what it would do to fully aquatic frogs but I am guessing something very similar.

why would you need salt anyway?
the clue is in their title they are Freshwater frogs!!

I am guessing that if you wanted to add aquarium salt to your tank then its because you have soft water but are keeping hard water fish, or there is some illness that you are hoping to cure using the Aquarium salts.

Either way aquarium salts will not be a long term answer for the aquatic frogs. If the salt is being used to treat for an illness you are better off having a hospital tank and treating the fish in that, rather than adding salt to the tank with the frog(s).
