Aquarium Salt

on the box of doc's well fish aquarium salt it says to a 1 teaspoon per 2 gallons and use when changing water and setting up a tank so since i am using mature filter media would it be overdose if i put 5 teaspoons in 10 gallons of water for a newly set up tank and the same for the stress zyme is it considered overdose on both

Don't use it, it isn't necessary, nor is Stress Zyme.

It's supposed to seed a filter colony but doesn't.
