Aquarium Safe Paint

my dad had some rocks that he wants to paint and keep in his tank. is there any aquarium safe paint out there that he can use?

i think he wanted it to be brighter colors. i have no idea what he wants to paint on the rocks, but hes trying to get creative so it could be anything. thanks for the link though i'll pass it on to him.
