Just Wondering if there is maybe a light i can get for my tank at night so its not completely black, Or would this effect the fish cycle day and nigh? Thanks

Yes, it has no benifit to plants or fish. They wont even know its on.

Only thing with this is my Tank has a full hood over the top, SO it wouldn't be able to clip on anywhere,

Yes, your best bet is to find a lamp you like the look of, then see if anywhere local sells them, then go & have a look. Internet dimensions & piccys can be deceiving.

As long as the lights are LED with an isolating transformer to run on Extra Low Voltage then they should be fine.
