Aquaclear 20 For Female Betta Tank

Hi, I was just wondering if an AquaClear20 would bother the female bettas I'm getting for my ten gallon? Does it have an adjustable flow?

Not sure if it will bother her or not, but yes, it does have an adjustable flow rate. All AC's do.
