I have 3 apple snails, a zebra nerite and a few MTSs in a 40 litre planted tank on their own - no fish. I've noticed that one of the larger snails has deformed or damaged horns/tentacles/antennae or whatever they are. They are bent in various places, almost at 90 degree angles, like they've been snapped, and there are also growths like little white translucent bubbles inside the horns.

The others are in fine shape and are laying eggs all over the place. There is a high Ph for calcium/minerals etc, plus I feed them crab pellets as well as fresh veggies and algae tabs, so I don't think it's a vitamin deficiency.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Do you guys think I should isolate him?

Any advice appreciate - thanks!
