Aponogeton Ulvaceus

As title. Should the bulb be buried in the substrate, half buried or not at all.

I have an Aponogeton Boivinianus and this should not be totally buried or the bulb rots.

Is Ulvaceus the same?

Yes its the same half buried. i had one of my bulbs rot because it got covered with sand. A beautiful plant, one of my favorites
