The aponogeton madagascariensis plant I bought is growing well but its leaves dont have the normal lattice structure I was expecting. Is there a certain nutrient requiremnt I need to forefill to get it to look like it should? Stats below.

Dosing full EI, Pressurised C02, 150W MH, 240L tank, Black Fluorite Sand Substrate.

Sounds like you don't have a true Madagascarensis. I have grown them before and the leaves had the skeleton structure pretty much immediately after sprouting.

Do you have pics?

I'll post some tomorrow. I bought it from AE but I think now that they have sent me the wrong thing :(

there are 2 types of lace plant, one has bigger gaps than the other but both have the lattice network in their leaves. If your plant has normal leaves without holes in then you have another species beside A. madagascerensis.
