Aplocheilus Lineatus Mating?

Hi

I've read the info on the Aplocheilus Lineatus, and was wondering if there is a mating ritual, to speak of. I've read the info which says the male will chase the female, but will he rub the females belly with his mouth before hand. The reason I ask is my male keeps doing this to one of my females. I've only had these a short time, and haven't set anything up for breeding in any way!!!
