What do these look like?

are they better than thecommon blue/golden panchax?

and are they just as easy to breed as the others?

And they can be kept in brackish waters too.
"Usually inhabits shallow, heavily shaded forest streams with a silt substrate. Also occurs in brackish mangrove swamps, often together with Aplocheilus parvus."
 
are they as easy to breed as blue panchax?

Just a little bit more difficult but nothing that should cause to much trouble. If you can find a pair, as you dont often see these around.
