This may seem harsh but I take it from your last thread to this that nothing has changed. It appears that by omitting the tank size you're looking for the answer you want which is yes. However, you still can not keep 2 apistos of any breed (matted or otherwise) in a 10 gallon tank because apistos are territorial and require their own space. The answer is still no, a poll will not change that.
