Api Root Tabs

are api root tabs any good as they are the only ones I can find on UK ebay?

i got 'jbl 7 balls' off ebay uk and they last for a year. i bought them coz they had good reviews, depending on how big your tank is there's an offer for 13 of them

well I have just ordered 7 jbl balls for £6 as if they do last 1 year I only need 3 so have a 2 year supply.
