Anyone who breeds clownfish?

Im just getting started into breeding clownfish and get a hatch every 2 weeks . I ordered my rotifer starter culture from reed mariculture and use rg complete to feed them. I split the starter culture In 3 five gallon buckets and tinted the water green with rg complete. My question is, do I do a daily % water change on the cultures? Or do I wait for the culture to grow dense before doing that?(the cultures are not dense yet). Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for my lack of knowledge with salt water but from my understanding what do these rotifer starter culture feed on. If it is food you add then water changes are fine but not necessary. The only worry is if they feed off supplements in the water and you take those out by doing the water change.
