Blubble has an excess, does not want finantial gain and hayz wants to kickstart the cycle.

Surely if it goes next day losing 10% per 24hours even 20%, there would be sufficient to seed a filter effectively to shorten the cycle.

Its not that it can't be posted its just not commercially viable to do it from a business point of view.

C'mon i bet it would work, there is no money in it but if it drops a filter cycle time by only a fortnight is it not worth the effort.
