Hazy, how about. you get a tuppaware pot big enough to hold a car type sponge.

Cut a sponge to fit, whilst cutting it in half at the same time.

Send it to Bubbles who could put the media in the middle of the sponge with some tank water and send it back, you could even send postage to him.

Could work, surely worth a try.

would be hapy to do it i would fill the box with tank water with added ammonia up to 5ppm though to keep the lil guys fed on their journey...

Bacteria need a flow of oxygen, not just to be kept wet and fed with ammonia. I wouldn't trust it posted - if it was viable, people would be selling it by now, surely?
