Anyone using Moon lights in a Freshwater tank?

I have sets of four foot black lights from previous... projects... and I plan on putting one over my pond when complete (550Gal indoor Oscar/Cichlid pond)... pics will be up next week... Not sure exactly what effect it will have... but since I already have them I have to try...

Got these off Ebay for my 96 litre

The fish seem to like them, but 2 of the 4 lights are now not working

I have the same ones as Joby on my 4', lovely effect, no pic though. All my lights are still working and I have had them for more than six months now.
