i ordered a tank from them on Christmas eve, ok i understand they might have been on holiday up until yesterday but e-mailed them asking when my order would be disatched with no reply,are they reliable?

i take it by the name you ment the website called "LovePets.co.uk" i have never ordered from here but i have heard good things about them they will just be held back on deliveries just give them a few more days
