How can a marine biologist think its safe, how do you dechlorinate the water after every flush????
Betta would not like the water movement when it flushed and filled. Idiotic me thinks

its not flushed lol thats just an addon part that gose on the from of the tank the acualy water that gets flushed is seprate from the fishes water

OK I read it wrong  , still it just does not look right. An open toilet when flushed can leak aerosols full of germs quite a way. I would be very wary about a tank that close to the toilet. Bathroom itself, OK can look really good but that close to the toilet!!

nah in fairness it seems quite alright it had a tight secure lid and normally its a peacful room if u think about it compared to where we normally keep our tanks its more the price of them that worries me

All toilets make a noise when they are flushed, don't you think that would spook the fish. If it got used as much as our toilet the fish would have had a fit and died the first day. I would be worried about certain bathroom smells too. I guess I am overprecautious but it does not seem a good idea to me.

The price, expensive for a toilet cistern let alone for a fish tank.

Easy to solve this one.
If its brown flush it down!
If its yellow let it mellow!
LOL

i have a 500w sound system in the same room as my 5 tanks and my fish dont even flinch when i crank it up so im sure the sound of water moving wouldnt be a problem for them.

"We wanted to develop a product that had a dual purpose - to serve as a proper, fully functional toilet and also as a source of entertainment and conversation," said Devon Niccole

Hey! Come look at these fish while I take a poo and we can talk about them... or hey! lets go sit on the floor to view fish in the room with the most bacteria...

Lets not forget that fish have eyes and what makes you think they want to spend their lives watching people poo and pee...

But if you are a woman, you cannot even watch them while you are on the loo.
Sound systems and tv's are not in contact with the fish tank, the power of our water when it flushes would cause serious vibrations aswell.

I cannot get my head to agree with this, maybe some people can, I can't.

I've been laughing my butt off from threads lately, but this one is making me laugh the hardest.
