Hi all, what a great site! 
I have a 15l biorb i am trying to cycle and was just wondering if anyone on here is from near or around the basildon area who would be willing to help me out with some media from an established tank to help speed up/skip my cycling.
Second option is a trip down to the LFS to see if they can give me any filter squeezing?
