Anyone Have This Tank?

It's 1.8 gallons, and I'm wondering if anyone has any reviews from person experience with it. Here's the link:

It's tiny, probably only big enough for some shrimp.
I'd save your money & get something bigger tbh

Not very big at all. The most your could expect to keep in there is a betta, and that would even be pushing it.

The problem is, I'm very worried about putting anything over 2, or 2.5 gallons onto my dresser, so I wanted to get a semi-small one for just one betta. I'm also considering a 2.5 aqueon tank, but it doesn't have the best reviews.

IMo you couldn't keep anything in their exept maybe some cherry shrimp. The lid is not the only reason you should not keep a Betta in their..... What about water changes and such, what about keeping a stable cycle, the ammonia would build up very quickly in such a small tank, But if you do decide to get it, I would just stick to shrimp if I were you

Although it does LOOK small, the description says 1.8 gallons. I always thought 2 gallons was minimum (though debated), so 1.8 gallons is right up there.

I agree that the lidless top does pose a threat.

All these globes and bowls, tbh, are kinda pointless and a big hassle. They're expensive, not all too functional, and tiny tiny. They're pretty hard to attach a heater to (unless you go out and buy a adapter for the heater to cling onto the side, which looks quite tacky), most of them have a built in filter, if any, and getting a different filter for them is nearly impossible from what I've seen. Decorations for them have to be bought for the product itself, if any of them are usable at all, and said decorations, given the small footprint, are going to be hardly functional, and likely won't be able to provide much cover for the fish to hide if it feels threatened.

There are some standard rectangular 2.5 to 5 gallon aquariums that should be fine on a dresser or desktop which are much more functional, way cheaper (I could get a 5 gallon here for about 8 dollars) they provide a bigger footprint, have more easy to find attachments, a large variety of lids, lights, filters, and heaters, and most importantly, are way better for the fish, given the way the space is utilized.

Granted, even a 2.5 to 5 gallon tank is gonna limit you to pretty much just a betta and some shrimp, but that betta and those shrimps will appreciate the use of space in a rectangle more than a sphere.
