I cant remember if it was these particular tubes, but I have heard that whilst being excellent lights they do run quite hot. I think george had some. Otherwise I have heard good reports.

Ive got em in my tank. They look fantastic. Give the tank a sort of lime green look if you know what I mean

I've used the T8 and PC T5 Daylight Plus tubes. I like them alot, they bring out the colours of plants and fish really well.
