A closer look makes it look like some type of peacock. I dont het flametail, his tail dosent look red.

The last one resembles a Blue Zebra but the markings on the face are slightly different....I'm not sure what these pretty guys are

I think it's sure he's a Peacock. He's only a baby though so will he not get a red tail in time?

I think he may be Afra Hara "White Top"... It's a bit of a guessing game

Maybe the one in the middle isma female?

The one in the middle was sold to me as a female of the one below. But I need a better ID on him first to ascertain this. Pretty sure its a female though as shes quite drab.

The top is very likely a not yet fully colored Aulonocara stuartgranti "Ngara" / Ngara Flametail Peacock

The other two do look very much like Labidochromis hongi Comparison Pics If so , they are reported to be quite rowdy and maybe not so great with less aggressive Cichlids.

How large are they? likely still coloring up.

Yep, that's right! Top one was sold as an Ngara. He's only an inch so nowhere near full colour.

The Hongi are about 1.5", with the female being slightly bigger.

Seems like this LFS is pretty reliable with IDs, so will purchase from them again.

Wow, at an Inch I'm surprised he is colored at all.
Usually most tank bred peacocks start coloring between 2-3" Normaly closer to 3" from what I've read/seen,
He just might end up a real looker.
I have a vented for sex Lwanda that is almost 3" with only the slightest signs of coloring, and fins just now starting to develop points.
My german red however was pretty colored and had well developed fin points at 2".
So it varies widely I would guess.

Nice looking fish. good find.
