Anybody With An Aquaball Internal Filter....?

the compartment is only small.....

because the sponge pads i got with it seem to clog every couple of days

i have one that i bought of Adandrews......c`mon tell him whats in it cos i cant remember its all sponge but different grades

i had the 2208, i used some sintered glass media in the basket, the sponge that came with it, and some filter floss, needs cleaning everyweek- at least you can tell it works!

i did get rid of it though, as i upgraded to an external filter- plus the colour of the aquaball really racked me off, why not make it black?

I have the originally sponge filter in my aquaball 2206,good little filters ,they do different types of sponges for it on ebay but i suppose adding filter wool is just has good.

love it adam , looks nice and does a fab job in my fry tank.. deffo the best intenal ive had for that size of tank.
